These terms apply to purchases from Ludington Hobbies, LLC ("Ludington Hobbies"), in store and at www.ludingtonhobbies.com.

Due to the nature of the hobby, all sales are final. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Program: Ludington Hobbies text receipts. At checkout, you may ask for your receipt by text and give your mobile number.
What you receive: one text per purchase you ask about, with a link to that purchase's receipt. No marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your purchases.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you have opted out, and no more after that.
